5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Discovery Calls: Free introductory calls can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

  • Coaching Sessions: To reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that session.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a service has been purchased. If you are unable to complete a package, please contact us to discuss potential alternatives.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer the best possible guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Olivia Aurora Health Coaching will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services. Use of our services is at your own risk.
